you can navigate to the Web Ui System > Administration > RMS page (if it is legacy fw) or to the Web Ui Services > Cloud Solutions > RMS page (if it is RutOS 7) and copy serial number and LAN MAC address:
You can also write me a private message with the serial number. I will be able to check the MAC address of this product in the database.
