Hello,

Please try reinstalling the software via Bootloader menu. You can find instructions on how to do that here:

We would still be interested to know which FW version you used before upgrade?

What modem firmware is?

Did you used "Keep settings" on the upgrade?

Providing additional information would help us to replicate this issue on our side.

I have the same issue after upgrading to RUT9_R_00.07.01.1 via the firmware page on the device. Will try the bootloader and comment back.

PS: I used "Keep settings" during the initial upgrade.

It is not possible to load the firmware using the Bootloader_Menu. It finds an error calculating the checksum of the file. I tried to load all three available versions on this page, the result is the same every time:

Error: Incorrect checksum

Funny enough. . . The bootloader will accept the older RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.5 image and proceed flashing.

Hello,

This issue is known to us and a hotfix for it will be deployed soon. In the meantime, I've sent you a test firmware via private message which should fix the issue. When upgrading to this firmware, please make sure to not keep any settings or reset the router after the upgrade. Please leave feedback whether the firmware I've sent you fixes your issue or if it still persists.

Unfortunately I cant try to do in this way as we restore fw according to https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT9xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

It helped and RUT955 works well.

Hi

May I know if this has been fixed in the RUT9_R_00.07.02.1 (2022-0603) ?

I have the same problem.

No MODEM page, only INTERFACE and no way I can edit APN etc....

I tried to restore via boot loader all single file of serie 07.xx but all have same problem.

Hello,

From the screenshot that you have provided, it might be possible that you have a failed modem on a hardware level. 

I would like you to do the following:

  • access the device via SSH client or use CLI in the WebUI. Execute the command below and post the outpus screenshot here:
    • ls /dev
  • Next, please attach a troubleshoot file. To generate a troubleshoot file, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. Make sure you have experienced the issue before creating troubleshoot file.
