Our most recent batch of RUT955 modems are not allowing traffic through our port forwarding rules.

They have the most recent firmware. from batches 39,41,45

We have copied all the settings from an older modem using the same firmware.

Are there additional rules we need to add to get this to work?

Hi,

Please try to reset router to default settings.

Then configure manually one firewall rule via router WebUI. Check if it works?

Hi

This still doesn't work.

Any more ideas?

Thanks

Hi,

If you could send to me troubleshoot package from router, then I could check what is happening. You can do this when pressing on my account name.

Turns out our network provider had applied an 'access control list' to our SIM therefore blocking port forwarding.  This has now been resolved.

Thanks
