Hi, I'm trying to connect to a rut240 through the WebUI. It was working perfectly but suddenly it's not working anymore. I get an error message saying "The page is not redirecting properly .....This problem may be happening because you have disabled cookies. " (this is using Firefox)

I've tried:
     - Using other browser: Similar resut
     - Unregister and register again the device: Similar result
     - Check the credits: That's not the problem.

Any idea how I can fix this??

Hi,

At the moment when you can't get into the WebUI, does the router respond to ping requests?

To eliminate possible problems with cookies, try using a Private Window in Firefox.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Yes, the router redponds properly when doing a ping request.

I've tried the private window and I get the same result and error message: ""The page is not redirecting properly ..."

The most upsetting thing is that the Webui connection  was working fine a few days ago.

You can try restarting the Web UI.

Connect to the device via SSH and run the command /etc/init.d/uhttpd restart. I think if this doesn't help, it's easier to reset the settings with the Reset button.
