Dear Teltonika Support,

On RUT955 can be possible to use multiple APN in one SIM slot or can the two SIM slots be used simultaneously with two different SIM cards? One for public internet and one for a VPN connection for example.

If not, do you have any kind of router like RUT955 with these capabilities?

In RUT9 this feature is still on development, write me to PM for test release.

But RUTX series routers already has such feature.

No, for this is needed to have two GMS modules. Our routers has one GSM module.

The sent image numbering is different (I understand T for test and so on) but will it be OK to upgrade or back to original afer that?.
Of course our aim to reach the multiple APN capability. :)

Yes, it is save. When router firmware is not compatible, router do not allow to upload it.

So our current firmware 6.x and your test version is 5.x

The router does not allow a downgrade from web. Maybe CLI? Or Test 6.x version?

...and will the APN usage be paralell/simultaneously? So there is a pulic internet APN for Wifi and a VPN APN on the same SIM.
The Wifi is on the wireless, the VPN is on one of the LAN physical ports (or WAN?)

Firmware do not work with devices which codes are "RUT955 *03**0". It is still on development.

Oh, good to know that there is difference between RUT955 and RUT955...please enlighten me, why? We experienced some strange phenomenon with SIM slot usage and antennas earlier.

I want to repeat, as I mentioned before, this firmware is in test phase and it is still on development.

Unfortunately there is no date, when this feature will appear in master firmware.
