VPN RMS service was working properly till today. today i notice that error no data available so i have added credit for the data. but still i am not able to access the device through open VPN

I have a RUT240 with the latest firmware and RMS enabled in services.
RMS works fine.
Setup VPN hub and, called it Test, followed the steps as shown in the youtube video.
One note; the VPN hub creates a server IP 192.168.255.0 while my RUT240 is on 192.168.168.1

but now changed the configuration of the server IP adres to 192.168.168.0
Added the RMS user, added the RUT240, put lan forwarding on, added routes (i.e. 192.168.168.157 for a ARH camera)
Downloaded the OVPN file and added it to the OpenVPN app on my laptop.

On laptop getting 192.168.168.6 as IP address but stil can't reach any of the devices in the same network behind the RUT240 which is 192.168.168.157

and when i check the ipconfig its shows subnet 255.255.255.252.
