Hi,

I've just got my new RUT360 working perfectly on Load Balancing with my 4G and Home Internet service provider.

But when I'm trying to connect to the define Wireless network RUT_????_2G I'm not able to do it from any device (PC, Mac, iPhone)

I've double check and tripe check all the possible wireless configurations on the Wiki and here with any success.

My Firmware level is RUT36X_R_00.07.01.2

What am I missing here?

Hello,

I was not able to reproduce the situation where a device is not able to connect to a WiFi network of RUT360 with your provided settings, tested on an android phone and a laptop.

You can try to change the country code to 00 - Global, also, you can try to set the channel to auto and see if that helps, if that doesn't help could you try to restore the router to factory settings and try to see if the issue is solved then? Information on reseting the router can be found here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX08_Device_Recovery_Options

Before resetting device to default settings, you can download it's backup file and update it after the test. It will allow you to save current router's configuration. More information available in teltonika wiki: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT360_Backup
