I'm using RUT950 FW 06.08.02 + 06.08.05 and I'm trying to set the WiFi as a main WAN and the mobile as failover. The WiFi network (when the router acts as a STA) is hidden.
If I scan through the Network->WAN page, I can see the network and connect to it through the BSSID. I have also added the network from the Network->Wireless Configuration (SSID, key, BSSID). The router connects to the WiFi and uses it as a main and then fails back to the mobile once the WiFi connection is lost. The issue is that once the device is again within the AP's range, it doesn't automatically connects to the WiFi (or after a reboot). Is it because the WiFi is hidden or do I need to change something in the settings (e.g. retry, or to select the Enable in Multiple Access Points Configuration->General settings)?
EDIT:
Tested with a WiFi network that is not hidden and it works as expected, so I assume it doesn't play well with hidden networks. Also, it seemed to not playing well when the wireless mode selected is 802.11n (and not the mixed g/n)
Thanks
