Hello,

DDNS functionality has to be separately installed from packet manager which is found in WebUI Services -> Packet manager click refresh and then search for dynamic DNS. The feature is not installed by default due to flash memory storage limitations.

Hello,

In fact, if you use the latest FW (RutOS 7.1) on your device, you can find many additional services in Package Manager. You need to navigate to the Web Ui Services> Package Manager page and there you will find the DDNS service. Or you can download all the packages here.
