Hi.

I have problems with disconnection and then connection again with my RUTX12 since latest FW 00.07.01.2

It can be up to every five or ten minutes and it can also work for a hour or so. Have never experienced these problems before.

I have tried updating again and not saving the settings.

The kernel log is full of

Hello, Did the downgrade solve your issues?

Hi! Have not had my computer on the country side until now. I guess I will wait for a fix. At first now it worked but then I changed from 2,4GHz Network to the faster 5GHz as I sat by the router and it stopped working and no more VPN since then even after restart and change of channel on the computer so definetely something with the update to the router. I saw that the .2 update had a problem with IP-sec and with Palo Alto VPN it still is.

Hello,

Could you try to downgrade the FW version to 7.0.0 and see if the issue persists? FW download link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX12_Firmware_Downloads

Also, could you provide the troubleshoot file before downgrading after it had dropped connection at least once. The troubleshoot file can be downloaded from WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot and attach it to the post. The file in only seen for Teltonika networks engineers. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX12_Administration#Troubleshoot_2

Regards,

Paulius

Here is the file. The VPN client does not disconnect, it connects perfect with work and some sites works but internas file shares just goes on forever (the same with some sites, not even a timeout).

Hope I did right with file attachement.

Could you find anything in the file? Thanks.

Hm, seems to have mixed up the threads. My problems with modem disconnecting is not a problem any longer, but I still can't use the Globalprotect VPN client after 00.07.01 firmware (and later).
