my new x11 does not scan wireless

several times I try t scan wireless networks ,  either the software stops and brings me to de log in page. or it keeps scanning and I have to take electricity of, then I can log in . what is the problem?

Ive just tried on mines to scan and it comes up straight away, what firmware version are you using?

Im using RUTX_R_00.07.01.2
