Question

Hi all,

I set up my RUT950 a while ago and works perfect, apart from i cant remember the wifi password i entered... i think i changed it from the standard one but cant remember. i am hooked up via RMS. is there a way to reset/view? i dont have access to the unit. and im in a different country currently.

Hi,

Take advantage of the RMS Web Ui connection. Log in to the RUT950 via the generated http link on RMS and go to the Networks> Wireless> Edit AP> General Setup page. There you will find Interface Configuration> Wireless Security. View or set up a new wireless password and save your changes.

Thanks for your response! What would my user and password be to get in once on that page? Admin admin01? I can’t seem to get access

Hello richard_abra,

by default the credentials are the ones you wrote but when you log in the first time you are forced to change them so you have to remember what they are. If you reach Teltonika via RMS you will surely be able, in some way, to create a new user with admin permissions.
