Web UI RMS connection generates Error  RMS connection refuse.How do I have to proceed to connect the device to the RMS cloud?

Hello

The firmware version of your router is quite old. Please upgrade RUT240 to RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.4 and try again.

After upgrading to 1.14.4 the problem is still present.

I just noticed that you changed the RMS Hostname. It must be rms.teltonika-networks.com, not "Teltonika-RUT240.com"

You can change it on the System> Administration> RMS page.

Thanks for the feedback. And what hostname do I have to use to make it work? The first hostname I used didn't work either.
