I can send SMS-messages to this number. I can receive SMS-messages from this number. But when I configure forwarding, it dies not work. Why?

Hello,

First, make sure the forwarding number does not match the sender's number. Try entering 00 instead of +

You should update router to the latest firmware version. If you want to stay with Legacy Web Ui, the latest will be 00.06.08.6:

RUT955_Firmware_Downloads_(legacy_WebUI)

Or take extra step and upgrade to RutOS 7 (00.07.01.2):

RUT955_Firmware_Downloads

Then repeat the tests.

So the key seems to be this:"forwarding number does not match the sender's number"

This obviously makes testing quite hard, as two numbers are needed. Maybe 00 does the trick - I will try that.

Updating to RutOS 7 is not possible, as Teltonika does not regard long-term customers investments in the hardware worthy of updates.
