Hi community,

I upgraded my rutx09 installation with rutx14 and moved over the two mobile antennas over. Thereby leaving two unconnected.

The rutx14 dropped mobile connection every two hours and I had to switch back to the rutx09, restoring stability.

Meanwhile I got a second SIM card for the rutx14 and connected all four mobile antennas and now it has stayed connected for the last 24 hours.

It seems all four antennas needs to be connected in order for the router to work - is this in line with expectations?

Kind regards, Torben

Hi,

Having all four antennas connected is the recommended approach for best signal reception based on several other factors as well. I am assuming the dropouts were happening only for a specific carrier's SIM while the secondary SIM is from a different carrier.
