Check if your ethernet device is not on static IP and try to clear the browsing history and cache.

Hi,

Please check if on the mobile configuration >> SIM1 you have it set to "Auto APN" if yes then you can uncheck the box and type in the APN as custom and Custom APN name text field, ensure interface protocol to dynamic and save. Other details are specified in the link below:

Also, ensure to upgrade to the latest firmware version.
