I can not connect using RMS connect to any of my devices. This has been working fine before today but now I just get infinite "connecting to server" for remote web and infinite "thinking/trying" (i,e. no message at all).

Devices are RUT240s and RUT950s.

Anyone else have this?

Hello,

Please double check that you have not used all RMS connect data  (RMS > Services > Connect/VPN page). Each new RMS company gets free 5GB. If the remaining data is empty, it can be added by converting credits to GB (1 credit = 2GB).
