Hi,

RUT X11 (newest firmware) can only be configured in 3G and/or 4G service modes, but no 2G.

Since in Germany all mobile service providers with start of 5G networks decided to completely deactivate 3G so that now only 2G and 4G stay in service that's not too great for us.

Is there any way to have those routers staying connected when there's only 2G available so that the aren't completely offline?

no, X11 uses Quectel EG06 modules. They doesn't support 2G network
