1.a. Try clean your browser cache;
1.b. Have you turned on Hotspot monitoring for this router, since by default it's off? Monitoring -> Set update period
1.c. Can you write all section where information is not displayed? I will inform RnD team about this.

About issue with firmware upgrade, can you send me personal message with your router serial number and I will check, why you can't perform firmware upgrade via RMS.
