I have purchased 2 x RUT240 and have the following issues with RMS

1) Information does not seem to populate all fields for example:

a) Not seeing Signal or Router Uptime on Overview for one of the Routers but the other is fine, despite showing connection.

b) Hotspot details are not showing in RMS despite Hotspot in use

c) Other sections missing information

2) Router Firmware and Backup Configuration cannot be upgraded via RMS (currently on RUT2XX_R_00.01.06.1) but was on RUT2XX_R_00.01.04.1

Firmware upgrade showing model not compatible.  Used same file locally over LAN and it upgraded fine.

Backup / Restore config showing model not compatible, despite same firmware. Used same file locally over LAN and updated config fine.

The whole point of RMS was the ability to upgrade config remotely, why is this not working.

Hi, Ryan,

1.a. Try clean your browser cache;

1.b. Have you turned on Hotspot monitoring for this router, since by default it's off? Monitoring -> Set update period

1.c. Can you write all section where information is not displayed? I will inform RnD team about this.

2. Backup file from other router can be uploaded only when firmware versions and first 9 product code numbers are in match. https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/How_to_download_and_upload_a_backup_file%3F

About issue with firmware upgrade, can you send me personal message with your router serial number and I will check, why you can't perform firmware upgrade via RMS.
