From receiving the item, I had an already working home office setup, all I needed was to put the sim in the new RUT, connect aerials and power on, I connect to the LAN port with my PC, I get an IP, i visit 192.168.1.1 and go through basic setup.

4g Connection is up, data only going out, no IN.
I have no NAT setup manually. I have open firewall completely until connection works.
Ping to 8.8.8.8 fails.

Please help

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to ask, have you tried to change auto APN to custom Vodafone APN wap.vodafone.co.uk (PAYG – pp.vodafone.co.uk) (username / password: wap).
Detailed instruction how this can be done in this link.

It worked, but I had to factory reset and go through the wizard again with AUTO, then go back in and change to manual.
