Hi,

Two of my VPN Hubs were suddently not able to connect either my devices (RUT955) or any user (windows clients).Was working well for months.

 Status was "ONLINE". I tried to disable/restart hub with no success.  I have had no choice but to "update configuration and certificates" on the devices and remove/add all users and then it worked fine again.

Is there a kind of expiration date, a kind of maximum online duration or is it a bugg from the platform ?

We sincerely apologize that you had to deal with the inconvenience. To get to the root of it, could you tell me your company or VPN hub name? We will look into it, and that may help us prevent it from happening again.
