Hello everyone, we have been having problems with the VPN hubs for a few days, our router RUTX11 does not connect.

The connection with OPENVPN Connect does not work either.

No error is displayed in the portal. See attachment for information.

I would like to ask if your mentioned device are named Router_14?
If so, I would like to inform, that this device are showed as "offline" and last time seen online on December 15.
Please check if this device have internet connection or are powered up.
