Hello,

I have over 35 devices on my rms portal and not all alerts are working.

I have deleted the alerts and re-created but still not working for some devices.

2 alerts i have created for router status - online > offline and offline > online.

most work but not all.

any suggestions?

I would like to ask could you replicate the issue and via PM send a company ID and date / time when alert should be activated.
This information will help to check what cause the issue.
