Question

We have installed RUT240 a few months ago and worked quite well. Recently did reset the device and it did not recognize SIM PIN any longer and did ask PUK but on the configuration page of the device there is no place for PUK to fill. Do anyone know and can tell us where in the configuration page can PUK correctly be filled??

Try something like this via SSH:

gsmctl -A "at+cpin=\"12345678\",\"1234\""

Where:

<12345678> - PUK code

<1234> - new pin code
