Question

Hello,

on a RUTXR1 I am using a PPPoE Connection as main Internet via WAN. A LTE SIM is configured as failover.

When the internet connection on wan is lost I need an Information to care for the WAN line.

The router is in RMS, I only find when "going offline" and not "going failover".

Can you help??

Hello,

I would recommend configuring an alert in the router itself. For example, Events reporting option does have the ability to send alert once failover happens: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXR1_Events_Reporting#Events_Reporting_Rules
