I have the same problem! What is the solution? I was able to remotely perform a reboot but it didn't solve the issue. I need to update the firmware and config but can't.

Did you find the answer to this question?  I'm having the same issue.  A rut240 that I have previously been able to remotely connect to now can't be connected to.  Thanks, Richard
