Thanks for update but we have some confusion about the last option i.e Routing Setting that we will which IP put in the Remote subnet ip address and second Remote Subnet Netmask please explain it. further more this necessary option for that if we will not use so any issue because we are not using of this parameter.

If your device is a client , remote IP and subnet mask is the IP address of the server side.

thanks for update but we are using GRE tunnel B/W RUT240 and Cisco Router so please advise us accordingly

Remote IP for Cisco will be Public IP of Rut240 and for Rut240 it will be IP of Cisco.
