HI

My RUT240 all seems to work . network lights, sim definatly works on other device but when anything logs onto router there is no internet. My vodaphone sim is unlocked and works

I would like to ask have you tried to set custom ISP APN istead of using "Auto"?

I have the same issue, we did the wizard to add the APN and even tried it manually. I does not even find any carriers, we had no issues with this before however the new modems that we just received that have firmware 01.14.4 seem not to be connecting when we try to bring them online.
