We have a RUT950 working one year with rms without issues, but two weeks ago it stoped to connect. the router works fine on 4G, WiFi .. but doesn't connect to rms, when I check the configuration I can see that the router serial number and MAC address it set to 00 (attach image) and I think that is the rms problem. This is not a configuration problem. How can I solve on remote? this router is ina isolated place, but I have access to a tablet connected to WiFi router

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to inform, that this partly firmware, partly RMS issue.
Because firmware does not recognize device serial number, RMS could not identified this device.
Please try to upgrade firmware to version 7.1.2 in order to fix this issue.
In case this does not help, please perform firmware upgrade via bootloader to firmware v. 6.8.6 and after that upgrade to v. 7.1.2
Hope it helps.

Best regards,

Sigitas
