Since upgrading from 7.0.0 any Windows client running Teredo is failing to connect to the Xbox gaming services.

If the clients in question connect to the same SIM but in a phone as hotspot they can connect. The same SIM in a GlocalMe wifi box also works, so we know the ISP is valid.

I have tried an ethernet connection into the RUTX12 and the problem persists, so it's either firewall or ipv6 related.

Any other gamers come across similar behaviours?

Hello.

As we don't know this specific protocol the only options we can provide are as follows:

Here is the repository of older firmwares, try to roll back to the firmware that used to work.

Here are a couple of useful links to point out how the LAN interface Works
https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX12_LAN
https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX12_Interfaces#Advanced_Settings:_DHCPv6

The corresponding firewall manual, paying special attention to the Traffic Rules, to check if there is any IPv6 Rule missing

Please send us a troubleshoot File and a Backup File of the current configuration. And a troubleshoot file and a Backup file once you roll back to the previous working firmware. As stated before we don't have deep knowledge of teredo NAT protocol but maybe we can give a deeper look to the Log files you provide.

Ok that's done, were you able to find time to analyse the difference between the working and not working configs?
