Question

Hello, today i got the RUTXR1 deliverd.

When the device has a WAN connection over cable everythink works fine, but over LTE i can't go online. i can't ping any device in the internet. When i but the SIM card direct in my laptop the internet connection works fine, so i think there is a problem on the router.

Did you have any idea?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.
My best bet in this case will be, that router receive incorrect APN.
Please try to navigate to Network - Interfaces - Mob1s1a1 - disable "Auto APN" option and in the field "Custom APN" add internet.telekom .
After that save and apply configuration and check if you are receive internet connection.
