RUT 240 that was previously working is not activating on the RMS. The unit was originally added under our 1st level company and needed to be moved to a 3rd level company, so the device was removed and readded to the RMS under the 3rd level company but won't activate. I have cycled the power to reboot the unit but it will not come back online. I have also directly connected my laptop to the LAN 1 but detect no network connection. It is mounted high up on the side of a building in a weatherproof antenna, so accessing the unit itself is very difficult.
