I have Teltonika RUT360 modem I recently installed.  Running over4G.  The connection is great, but as of today I've found that the modem does not pass traffic properly from the VPN.

To quantify this statement, I can connect to the VPN service - it shows as connected; I can ping servers on the VPN without any issue, ARP shows IP's on the VPN  but when I actually go to access the services they offer. i.e. http / https, the web pages do not load.

The strange thing is that if I tether to my mobile phone with the same 4G service provider, everything works as expected.  Its fair to say that my issue is with the modem.

The modem is configured for 4G, its IP is 192.168.1.1 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0.  The modem provides DHCP service to the rest of the network.  I've made no other changes.  No changes to fire wall.  Its a pretty straight forward setup.

I found a similar question, but with no real answer:

Any ideas?

FYI, this setup is remote - I'm more than happy to get any additional info you need, but it may take some time to get it

Also, I updated the firmware to the latest today and there was no change

Thanks for your message Jerome - apologies for my delay, I've been on the road for work for a week.

I will grab a copy of the logs in the next few weeks.  My setup is remote and I currently don't have any access. I'll have to head out to retrieve the logs and its about a 4 hour drive from home and I'm on the road again for work the next 2 weeks.

I'll update as soon as I get them.

Many thanks
