My X12 has worked fine a few days but suddenly WiFi 2.4 is not running. It is running the latest firmware, RUTX_R_00.07.01.2. I have now made another update of the firmware from the Bootloader Menu. The device is starting up in factory default configuration but there is still no LED for the WiFi 2.4 and it's still not running. All other features seem to work fine. Is there anything else I should try to confirm a hardware error?

I've have uploaded the system and kernel logs.

Hi,

After the firmware update via Bootloader wifi should be working fine. This could be indeed a hardware issue and software changes won't fix it.

You could return the device to the reseller or contact your sales manager to send the device to RMA.
