Hi,

I cannot add my device rut955 to rms , it keeps say 

"Mac has a duplicate value"

"Serial has a duplicate value"

" serial 1000597142" 

it´s new, my company is isotel

Hi,

This router is already added: s/n 1000597142, added at 2018-10-12 14:00

Your colleague "jaime.h" (email from the same company) was added it to RMS and he has another RMS account.

Ask him to remove router from his account.
