RUT950 Firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.00.4.

I would like to test out the Switch back to primary option as described in this article https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Mobile.

I cannot see that option in the SIM Management section. Is this option only for a certain firmware/device?
