Two of our routers are shown as offline in RMS.
But as the devices behind them are still uploading data
so this is clearly not the case.
Both are on remote locations, therefore I can't easily reboot
them. Any suggestions?

is this problem fixed?

I have a RUT240 that has the same problem.

It went offline last night and it's connected device is still uploading data.

Dear Andy,

no, the router is still offline in rms
but the device behind it is still uploading
data perfectly fine.
Thus, it's not a big issue at the moment,
and I would prefer to get into the routers
wifi to download the diagnostics file for the
guys at Teltonika.
Otherwise I would have asked one of the on-site
technicians to power-cycle the router.
