Hello,
we have a RUT240 (RUT24007XXXX) that is stuck in the modem upgrade. The device is working fine, but when I enter in the webUI I see the attached image.

The device is in this situation for two weeks.
How can we unblock it? It seems that the RUT is not able to complete the firmware upgrade.
RUT FW version is RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5

In the logs, I see this message every hour:

Thu Feb 17 13:00:00 2022 cron.info crond[6039]: USER root pid 25196 cmd /etc/init.d/rut_fota start
Thu Feb 17 14:00:00 2022 cron.info crond[6039]: USER root pid 6687 cmd /etc/init.d/rut_fota start
Thu Feb 17 15:00:00 2022 cron.info crond[6039]: USER root pid 20497 cmd /etc/init.d/rut_fota start
Thu Feb 17 16:00:00 2022 cron.info crond[6039]: USER root pid 3987 cmd /etc/init.d/rut_fota start

Thanks,
M

Hello,

Could you send me over the screenshot that's attached here as well as the troubleshoot file to me via private message?

What's a troubleshoot file and how to generate it?

A Troubleshoot file contains the device's event logs, configuration files and other information useful for diagnostics. It can be downloaded from your device's WebUI, Troubleshoot page:

System → Administration → Troubleshoot

Best regards,

Tomas.
