Hi

I upgraded to RUTX11 Firmware 7.0.2 from 2.0.x and now I can't see the APN setup for the Mobile interface. Looking also into how I can setup the DNS servers

Where exactly I can access those settings?

The APN settings are found under 'Interfaces'

Select the pencil icon for the mobile interface.
