Hi,

I have the RUT950 and upgraded to the latest firmware. The internet provider here is a 2G-only network but it cannot be found from the RUT automatically. If I put the SIM card into my phone, the provider can be found and by adding the APN to the network, the internet connection can be established.

Now I tried the same thing in the router with the factory firmware I could set the custom APN but it could still not establish a connection. I tried several options from the menu but I still did not succeed with the connection. Can someone help me with this?

The internet provider is TelCell and the APN is internet.telcell.an

Kindly be informed that Devices ordered under different product codes may support different frequency bands.

It possible to set up manually your service mode into your target Network connection.

Enter to your router’s WebUI, go to Network > Mobile > SIM Card Setting > service mode and then set up manually your service mode.
