Hello,

Im trying to upgrade my TRB140 to the latest firmware TRB1400_R_00.01.01.2

Got following error: The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format.

The wiki says the firmware is for products with product code TRB140000000 and different firmware for australia TRB140100000.

My TRB140 got product code TRB1402E0200, why is it not listed?

Could be possible to reach your TRB remotely? Via RMS, SSH, WebUI (HTTP/HTTPS)?

I can reach it via SSH and WebUI... im trying to upgrade it via WebUI. Is it even possible to update it via SSH?

Yes, I could help. But for this I need remote access to your device. 

You could try to add it to RMS and then I could connect to it and solve this case. Or if your devices has public IP, then send to me credentials for connection (send private message to me).
