Hello,

on my TRB140 I can run various commands with success in a ssh session. I was also able to run reboot, but suddenly this is no more possible.
I always get error:

root@Teltonika-TRB140:~# gsmctl -D
ERROR

Other commands are still working ok, example
root@Teltonika-TRB140:~# gsmctl -j
Connected

I turned off/on the modem but still I have the same issue. I have the latest fw: TRB1_R_00.07.01.2

Any idea?

Thanks, Enrico

Hello,

Thank you for contacting.

I have tried the shutdown command -D on 7.01.4 and its working fine for me.

Can you please try it on the same latest firmware.

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB140_Firmware_Downloads

Or you can also try

/etc/init.d/gsmd stop

/etc/init.d/gsmd start

Thanks.

Thanks for your test, unfortunately I cannot switch to the fw 7.01.4 since .2 is in production and we need to pass through a testing phase before. We will do asap.

Anyway the command, as I said, is sometimes working, so I don't understand what could be the issue and I don't know where to look, any log, to understand.

Regards,

Enrico
