Question

Hello,
in RUT240 with FW RUT2_R_00.07.01.4, I am trying to add a new WebUI user from the page System>System Users>Users Management.
But when I add it I receive the error "User already exists", as you can see in the attached image.
The added user does not already exist for sure.

Hello,

I was unable to replicate this failure. I tried to create users and they were successfully saved:

Try rebooting or resetting the device.
