Question

Hi, Had it working on another router but without the VPN nord set-up. The VPN connection is up and running but I can't get contact with the cameras that are connected to Arlo ultra smart hub. The mobile App for the camera gives me the IP (same in the router) for the hub and the ports you should open thats all you can do from the Mobile.

Have tride to get help from Arlo but they advice me to try you.

FW version is  RUT9_R_00.07.01.4

Hello,

For this issue of yours kindly try changing the Source zone of your Port-forwarding configuration to OpenVPN then use the VPN IP address plus port and check.
