Dear Support-Team,

my only 1 month old RUT950 works on Lan2 only on 10baseT mode, there is noch other Handshake to 100base on Lan2 possible, all other Porst seems works well. I have already tried different high quality Lan Cables, different Computer Devices, choose Handshake from automatic to manuel on different Devices also every Firmware with keep Settings an without Settings for RUT950 from oldest uo to the latest you can see following. Also many many Factory Resets!

Router FW: RUT9_R_00.07.01.4 / 2022-02-25

Modem FW: EC25ECGAR06A08M1G

Kernel Version: 5.4.147

I think it could be only a Hardware Error.......

Please take care for me to find a solution for this Problem.

Perhaps someone else can try it to check out if this behavior on other RUT950 Devices too?????

Hello,

thanks for your response.

As i said before the unit have a Hardware defect. After talking to my dealer he also confirm this and send a new one for exchange.

Now it works fine again.
