RUTX09 cannot connect to mobile network

Hello, 

I have RUTX09 and Vodafone sim. I tried to establish mobile connection, but I only get Status: Stopped. As I was searching for answer I found that I should turn off auto APN, so I did but without any change. Sometime when the sim is trying to connect to operator it says denied or just stuck in searching state.

Please, what should I do?

Hello, this Martín, Tech Support Engineer for Teltonika Networks. 

Is this an M2M SIM Card? Is this SIM card enabled for hotspot functionality? Also, did you try going to "System>Backup>Restore to factory defaults" and then configuring the APN again?

Hello, I managed to resolve the problem. The main problem was with sim card, unfortunately the sim card was broken or damaged and carrier change it and now it works.
