I cant register my brand new rut240, because of duplicate serial number.

It looks like you used the WAN MAC address instead of the LAN MAC address. The device couldn't connect to RMS because of that, but it was still added there. That's why you received the message about a duplicate serial number.

I've removed the device from RMS. Please try adding it again. I've sent you the relevant information via private message.
