Our Verizon rep says there is no pin for the sim card. What do I put for a pin number in that case?

thanks for the updates, he was right, no pin required but the sim was not activated. working now!

Hello,

If your carrier has informed you that the SIM card which you are using with Teltonika Networks device does not require a PIN code, then simply leave an empty field in the routers' configuration regarding the PIN code.

If your SIM card do not have PIN, then keep that field empty.
