Dear all,

I have a RUT x11 to control a PC (with teamvieuwer) and a home domotica controller.

The teamvieuwer section is working fine.

But i can not connect to the domotica controller.  The is registered at the DNS server of the manufacturer.

In the RUT i have portforwarding activated, but the android app can not connect to the controller (with the message port not reachable.

Ia there something else that i have to activate???

Hello,

First, you should check the router has a private or public IP address? Their description is given here.

If your router already has a public IP address, next you should activate a remote Web UI or SSH access (Systems> Administration> Access control) and verify that you are accessing the router remotely.

If successful, you can move on and configure access to devices on the LAN. To do this, create new port forwarding rules on the Network> Firewall> Port Forwarding page. You can find examples of configuration here:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Firewall#Port_Forwards

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Hikvision:_remote_camera_access

If you cannot order a public IP address from the operator, then you can take advantage of the VPN (for example ZeroTier) or the RMS platform.

Register your Teltonika devices to this platform and you can configure remote access to LAN devices via RMS connect.

Regards.
