TRB 140 looses APN

I use firmware TRB1_R_00.07.01.4 with SIM Card and public IP.

After entering the "Custom APN" in the mobile interface the device shows the public IP address for a short time. After that, for reasons unknown to me, the APN is deleted and the device changes the IP to a private IP address.

On some attempts, the custom APN is also not saved at all.

I already use other TRB140 without these problems, however, the an older FW version. Also I have already compared the settings with one of my other TRB140.

What could be the reason for deleting the APN?

I switched back to FW TRB1_R_00.07.01.2 and the problem is solved.

Hello,

Your reported issue is known, and should be resolved in the upcoming firmware update. Currently, I would advise you to stay with the TRB1_R_00.07.01.2 version. I can also provide you a test firmware with a fix.
